Founder Nora Moltke
Her journey began as a VIP nanny in London during her studies, where she gained firsthand experience caring for children in high-profile households. Later, as a wife and mother in Copenhagen, she saw the process from a family’s perspective, further learning how vital trust, shared values, and professionalism are when inviting someone into your home. These dual insights inspired her to create NannyCPH, Denmark’s first high-profile nanny agency.
Over the years, she has developed the concept of ‘hearthunting’ a headhunting process based on skills, qualifications and personal values. She has worked with a selective network of unique childminders, catering to a niche client portfolio that includes Danish and international families, Danish families living abroad, five-star hotels, international organizations, and high-end restaurants. While her primary focus has been on nannies, she also assists with a variety of private household staffing needs, including cleaning staff, gardeners, chauffeurs, chefs, and household managers.
As a professional ‘hearthunter’, she takes the time to truly understand her clients’ unique values, routines, and expectations. By combining professional expertise with personal insight, she ensures that the candidate she recommends is not just qualified but a seamless fit for the family.
