Hearthunting
NannyCPH was founded in 2012, and was Copenhagen’s first high profile nanny agency. We find unique nannies for unique families.
Finding the right nanny for our families is a deeply personal process.

We call it ’hearthunting’, because finding a good match goes a little beyond ’headhunting’. We look for both professional qualifications and personal values, in order to match our families with the candidate who can extend their kind of care to their children.

Our client community consists of families, both Danish and international living in Copenhagen.
We also advice and help Danish families living abroad and tourists visiting Copenhagen. 

Our current collaborations count everything from international companies to high-end hotels and Michelin-star restaurants.


Our Founder
NannyCPH is run by founder Nora Moltke.
During her studies, Nora was a nanny in London before she became a wife and mother in Copenhagen.
Her dual perspective provides our ’hearthunting’ process with insight into both sides of the matchmaking.

She, together with a network of experienced hearthunters, selects, prepares and matches the city’s most qualified nannies with Copenhagen based families.

A comprehensive service where I handle every step of the HeartHunting process—from consultation to placement and post-placement follow up.


Semi-Search Package for Families
For families who have already identified a potential nanny but need assistance with background checks, contracts, or onboarding.  

Membership for Businesses
Ideal for hotels, and high-end restaurants.
The membership provides guaranteed access to occasional babysitter network.  

Long-Term Partnerships
Ideal for relocation agencies and organizations.
Collaborations that include logo exchanges, shared networks, and event partnerships.  
 

Fees
To discuss a specific situation and price, we encourage our families and cliens to contact us. For now, here is how it works in principle.

For our services we take a Placement Fee. It covers the time and work that goes into the ’hearthunting’ process from beginning to end. In comparison, nanny agencies in Europe and the US charge 15-20% of a nanny's yearly salary as their placement fee.
